The Olive Grinder is an accessory for oil and moisture analysis in whole olives. This robust grinder features a powerful 3 phase electric motor and is used to reduce the whole olives to a homogenous paste ready for presentation to the Olive Analyser instrument.NIR (near infrared) analysers are often complemented by the installation of a grinder for the reduction of products and materials to a homogenous test portion. The need for a grinder is highly dependent on the model NIR analyser selected, as a number of the analysers we support can analyse pelleted or wholegrain product without grinding.
